Create a few wordpress plugins

I'm running a site where I'm in need of three plugins. Details of two of these plugins is attached as picture. Third one is related to titles display. Actually the requirement is that I post the articles in series. There could be as many as 20 articles in any series. So I want some plugin which could lists all the articles available in that particular series. This list should be updated dynamically on the basis of some tags or some particular word or anything. So as soon as I create any new article in that series, it should be get listed in other articles of that series. This is something similar to TOC (table of contents) of any book. Also, I want this thing to be embedded into the post itself using some shortcode etc. So interested candidates please write back to me. Thanks.
