Greetings, I can do this little project for you by the end of the day. First thing it comes to my mind is pure javascript + HTML, no need for anything more. You'll be able to put that quiz on your site or run it locally in the browser. I'm just not sure why you said: "Q1 - Q2 + Q4 = 7" That minus is bothering me, I think that's a typefeller and the formula should add up the points of all questions, 1 to 32.
