Custom Area/Plugin of a Wordpress Website - European Programmer Only Thanks

I already have a website cut from psd to wordpress, and all the ACF (advanced custom fields) bits done. I am looking for a custom plugin coder to make a "quote widget", here's the rough spec: - create a matrix in wordpres admin with apprx 8 cols, with pricing information - Frontend 3 pages of ajax collects, a) location, b) size c) contact info etc 5 fields (This has been drafted already) - The template for the quote EMAIL will be provided, several dynamic regions in it, but it must be editable in wordpress - Thw template for the quote in the PAGE must be editable too in wordpress - An email quote goes to, a) customer, the page, and b) the relevant store - The relevant store, willl be one of 6 email addresses (editable) - The final success page should not be visible to people that havent completed the capture data phases - The final success page has a countdown on it, the opportunity to book button disappears after 2 mins, and replaced with a "call us" instead. (this has been drafted) - some of the fields are captured and place on a form button, and sent as form values to a different booking system url - note: booking system is not part of this I am looking for : a) a freelancer - I will ask you to confirm this and agree to forfeit the fee if you are an agency b) someone that comnuicates well, I dont want someone that hides when there's a problem c) european timezone.
