Custom Wordpress Plugin with google maps and front end submissions

Hello, I need a custom plugin that will allow my visitors to front end post content in my page using google maps. I am using few plugins (like USP PRO) and they work great BUT there is no google maps feature for submitting front end content for users. I will need few functions in this plugin: - abbility to create multiple maps - shortcode or php code to display map in page - settings per created map in wp-admin like: a) abbility to check if the map will allow to add one or multiple markers b) abbility to choose mandatory fields (like title, image, content) - abbility to add content by users (select marker or multiple markers with title, description and image per marker defined in the settings by admin). - after the content is added and the map is submitted, it's state should be 'pending' or 'while moderation' so admin will review it and accept or delete it. - after accepting the submitted map, we need a shortcode to display it on the desired page. If there are 20 map submissions in map id=1, we show all of them (if you use posts and category it's all ok) with content like: a) iframe with map and markers + description on click per marker is exists so you can navigate thru it, b) description for this submission, c) title, d) user name who submitted this map What I am thinking about is, it would be great if each map with markers submitted to webpage would behave like 'posts' with custom fields (you can use ACF plugin). It's because users are submitting other content to webpage using other plugins and I want to keep all of the submissions in one place. I am waiting for your pricing and time needed to develope it. Don't care about styling, will do this in-house. We can talk about all the functions before or after I accept your offer.
