Customize Woocommerce/WC vendor Pro

Please only reply if you are qualified for the job so we save our times. It is necessary that you have required coding skills (PHP etc) and experience working with woo commerce/wcvendor. I have hired freelancer previously and they could not finish the job because of lack of skills. Read the complete requirements and look at the screen shots before reply. Thanks. This project is for online marketplace. Website uses woocommerce and wc vendor [login to view URL] has been customized where vendor could enter the taxes from vendor dashboard. Taxes follows U.S. tax system where if vendor and customer shipping is in the same state or zip code area then tax is applied to product/total for that vendor in the cart/checkout. Previous developer did not link the tax form/wc vendor tax system with woocommerce so now the commission and tax does not show up in order details and commission does not go to vendor. He also did not link the product handling fee and international shipping to the cart and also zip code range logic needs to be checked in vendor dashboard as well. Overall this project required 100% functional tax and shipping system. Check attached screen shots.
