The project has two parts: 1. Android app to show a list of database items which can be selected individually or in group (these will be the search conditions), then after searching, show the results with details of the record. The search results should show only those records which include ONLY the selected items. 2. Web based app or simple PHP scripts which will receive an uploaded text file, fetch the database items from the text file and insert the records to the database from the text file.

My team and I are definitely equipped to take on this project. We have worked quite extensively with remote database contents. However, I need to tell you we are not PHP developers, we do it in Django. So if the web service requirement is not PHP, when sure we can start working on it right away. Lets chat
