I have looked over the example site at length (although I did not sign up) and have a couple of questions: - asides from the visuals, would you be aiming to duplicate it exactly? - they have a space for Clubs to advertise, do clubs count as agencies when it comes to displaying them? - I saw nowhere for payments; will we be handling payments through the website? We're also going to need some form of back-end. I did not register but I assume the clients will have a space for uploading/managing photos and their profile, logging-in, forgotten password etc. Equally, as an admin you are going to want the tools to be able to edit any content that's on the site, blacklist members etc. etc. My proposal includes all of that, but does not include the payment module as I am not sure there is one at this stage. It's a fixed price based on all the modules that are required, except for a payment module. I am happy it gives us both good value. I could deliver the project in less than two weeks from the start date. --------------- A bit about me, I have been working for a yacht charter agent for the last 11 years as their in-house programmer (PHP/MySQL mainly with a bit of HTML/CSS/SEO/JS), both front-end and back-end.
