after cloud server down we have:

Unable to connect to Asterisk. Did it start?
restart [-i|--immediate] [--] [<args>]...
possible solution:
Resolved. It looks like amportal picks AMI password from database, not from /etc/[login to view URL] file. So, the following helped: [root@AST1 rc2.d]# amportal a m mysql> UPDATE freepbx_settings SET value='correct_password' WHERE keyword='AMPMGRPASS';
need help now to fix this issue
