Hi there, I'm Matt Sergei and as former Linux and Internet Security System Engineer for 14 years I can fix this issue for you.
Please note that root shell access (e.g. administrator username - usually root - and password) is required to permanently resolve the locking.
If you're sure it's the bash script that causes the lock it will be easier to find. It can also be Perl/Python/PHP script that is executed in the defined time period - you said 1 minute so cron, system scheduler is running it - and lock code can be encrypted but if running it can be prevented it will solve the issue fast (and then the code is isolated, analyzed and removed without harming the running system).
Looking forward to your reply,
Matt S
P.S. Yes, I agree to return any funds 100% if the issue cannot be resolved because of me.
