Bitrix24 Programmer - Business Processes, CRM & API

PLEASE MENTION THAT YOU ARE A BITRIX24 programmer. If you don't know what that is, please don't apply and waste your bid.

Our company has been working with Bitrix24 for 6 months now and we are just starting to worth with the CRM and business processes. I know there is much more that we can do with Bitrix24 then we are but I do not have any experience with the software. We have the cloud based version.

We are looking to improve/replace some of our business processes.

First, being our new hire process- Tracking/voting on job application, first call, interview & orientation workflow tasks. Sending contracts and checklist items to complete all new hire tasks.

Second, create a 'job board' where group members can accept jobs/tasks based on their credentials Once the job(s) accepted create workflow tasks, calendar events & tasks for the new job.

Third, would be building a contact form API with our Typeforms. Our job applications, comments, issues, partnership requests and more are submitted through typeform. We have worked with the Zapier API but it was unreliable and did not send every form into Bitrix24.

Depending on the budget and length of project, there is a lot more that we want to do in the future and would like to keep this relationship going for those projects.

I'll go more into detail on the interview. I understand bids are placeholders till you know specifically what you are doing but please try to quote for the 3 items i mentioned.
