build a web app to find product images

I would like a web app developed that will use basic product information as a basis for searching online, and return to me the best image(s) for each item. App would ideally run on google cloud project platform Data would be uploaded as CSV files, with up to 500 items per file (this qty could be larger if the app was built to handle larger qty's) *for example, product data would include:* Product UPC | Product SKU | Product Name | Manufacturer | Prefer website (optional) *sample data:* UPC: 732396291129 SKU: 2911-2 Name: 48 PC ACROSS THE ROOM/JUNGLE Manufacturer: CROCODILE CREEK Best Root URL: -NA- UPC: 732396291112 SKU: 2911-1 Name: 52-PC ABC FLOOR PUZZLE Manufacturer: CROCODILE CREEK Best Root URL: -NA- ~ The functional details of how the web app works are to be determined, and partially based upon developers' input. I am thinking that it would may be good to display the results in a rich html format so that I can see the images found, and choose to accept/reject some images based on their quality. ~ The results can be supplied as http URLs for each image. I will not need the image files themselves to be collected as part of the app. ~ At this point, I see the app returning results in a page formatted something like this: [login to view URL] .... with an action button at the end that would allow me to save the good results as a CSV file. (the blue blocks would be image thumbnails. The yellow ones also image thumbnails, but in this mockup used to illustrate that some have been rejected by me as 'bad' images)
