This project is to create a website similar to the home page of "VIX Central dot com". This site is only for my internal personal use. You will need to write a program to receive data from IQ Feed (please research it). Store the data per minute into a Postgres database for the spot price of the VIX, plus the price for each of the VIX futures contracts. Then, you will create a website that will display the information in a similar was as the site does. The two tabs to show are the VIX Term Structure and Contango. Additionally, you will need to create a REST API that accepts a Date and Contact (or Spot) and returns the VIX price, Contract Volume and Contango %. The site needs to run 24/7 without error. I will provide you with credential for IQ Feed. Please research each aspect of this project before bidding. Ideally, this would be written in PHP with the Laravel Framework using the Limitless Template. Please confirm this in your bid. **In your bid please describe what The VIX is**
