Car Search Function for Auto Web Site

Used car dealer looking to add following features to existing website: • On-line vehicle search based on user criteria • Daily automated e-mail notification to subscribers letting them know what cars are available to meet their criteria Look at price range maximum $250 (less is better, of course!) Would like to use PHP / MySQL. (Need to know if more than 1 MySQL database is required) The company’s off-line stock management system produces html files for each of the cars for sale. This will be transferred to the web server. Need the application to organise these pages and create a searchable database.
