Client database and action item activity tracker in Filemaker

The program I seek to to have designed and developed will store and update contact details as well as track ongoing activity for a database of my clients. A new record will be created when a client signs up for an annual subscription to my service. The service is comprised of two components: a monthly newsletter which is sent to all clients (the CLIENT newsletter) and a newsletter that is personalized with my client’s information, populated with content I have produced and sent out on their behalf to their own private database of contacts (which are NOT a part of this program) at one of three regular intervals – this is the END USER newsletter. When each new client signs up, a pre-defined list of action items, with specific date intervals, needs to be generated for their 12-month subscription and tracked during the preparation and delivery of each END USER newsletter. In addition, these action items will automatically populate a daily To Do list within a defined date range around ‘today’s date’. As each item moves through the five-step production process, its progress will be displayed visually (i.e. color coded red, yellow, green), and sorted by date and/or priority, clearly tracking its status – and then dropping from view on the To Do list until its next critical deadline. Each client’s record will also track and display what action items have been completed (and when) as well as upcoming action items. Budget range is $500-1,000 USD. I have mocked up screens of a preliminary ‘look’ for the program as I want it to have a fresh, modern and inviting look and feel to it when I use it every day.
