Complete website upgrade and redesign for internet radio station

Im looking to completely redesign my website and upgrade it so it has these features: Features the site MUST have: -Login/register section - for rating songs ( on the radio player), sending in requests for the dj (if autodj is on then this wont be allowed), and maybe some kind of global message board people can discuss topics in. - a schedule page i can easily edit that shows what dj's and shows are on each day -A proffessional looking player at the top that stays playing when you change pages - a moving slider i can put advertisement images on the homepage such as the one on this page maybe ? ([login to view URL]://[login to view URL]) the design is up to you for this one. -a recently played songs section -social buttons next to radio player main page (i want this to be static so it stays even if you change page) -recent gaming news section on homepage from around the world -a page/section that displays the current team behind the radio -a page what tells people how they can listen to the radio (grab info from plugins page) - a contact section -our discord bot on the homepage - and also our overwolf application advertised for people to download ([login to view URL]) This is my current site - [login to view URL] as you can see its very basic. i like want something similar to the design of these websites: [login to view URL]://[login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL]:bbc_radio_one maybe a combination of those? feel free to use images from my current site. let me know if anyone can help.
