So I have an excel spreadsheet that collects a range of information about a customers ICT environment. THings like Computers, Servers, Printers, web pages and IP Addresses and others. What I am looking to do is convert this spreadsheet into a group of web pages that step through the collection of the same data but instead of enter it into excel the customer would enter it into a web page and this data would be collected and stored in a database. We currently have a wordpress based website for our company and am hoping to integrate it into this somehow. Ideally, I would like a user to signup with all their information then get presented with the web pages to collect the data and step through each step/page one by one and be able to save this information at the end at which time this information is either injected into another site through an API or exported back into the original excel file for us to import. Either way, the customer should be able to log back in and view this information until we mark it complete. There will also be a billing component and a few other things. Ideally I would like to hear from people who have undertaken this kind of work before and can assist in the completion of this project.

Hi, I have read the project requirement and also checked the attached exccel sheet. I will develop the functionality in your worpdress press site, where new user will be signed up and enter step by step all the information, as its shown in excel file. That data will be saved to the database, and user can see it too, after logged in again. And we have expertise in API integration too, if the requirement is to send the this information to some other website by using API, we will do that. Hey, I reviewed the requirement brief and the spreadsheet you shared and would like to inform you that me and my team have designed almost a similar setup (though for a different domain and different purpose) where the "client" user is able to log in a enter the details of his documents (in your case the details of the asset like say router etc.) and then save it which is then available to his CPA (in your case to your team) who may then take necessary action.
