Convert a Template to a Website

Hi Freelancers, I am looking for someone, who is experienced with wordpress DIVI theme. I have a domain and sub domain. I have already made the sub domain for work environment. You job is bellow: 1. Add fields to capture Full Name, suburb, Address on 3 minutes approval form. 2. Test and fix the issues like Approximations. Some added info to be included in the results page after fill up 3 minutes approval form. 3. Develop a pdf generator after fill up the 3 minutes approval form by user. If user passes the form, the pdf will be generate with 2 options i) Download Pdf ii) Email the pdf. (I will provide the sample of pdf we need to be generated) 4. Transfer content, calculator and 3 minute approval form from main domain to sub domain after complete the point 1. 5. Upgrade to DIVI latest edition (already installed at up to date) on sub domain. 6. Need some changes in design. And make sure all working perfectly on sub domain. 7. Once it approved by client, make the sub domain live to main domain. Remove the old theme so when searches and links are done it goes to the new theme. 8. Take a back up and send me in a zip file for entire website before i release the final payment. Deadline 2-3 days max. Budget INR 3000 Max.
