FUNCTION:
When customers download app,
Clients
They can view what the app is/does (explain that we have filtered through the scammers and bring them reputable agents)
They create a free profile that tells who they are and what their credit repair needs are (Pick what categories apply to them...repossession, medical bills, late payments, eviction, bankruptcy, student loans, charged off credit cards)
Once they display their needs, the app will connect them with different credit repair agents. They will be able to see their picture, office location, ratings/reviews. They choose who they would like to work with. They can click on that person to work with them.
Providers
1. They also create a profile about them, their company, what they have done.
2. They are notified when a client has chosen them. The client information pops up and they can accept or decline client. They pay a referral fee if they accept the client. Once they have paid, the client's information will appear.
3. Clients and providers will have an opportunity to chat/text with each other
4. Will consider adding a premium member for providers that gives them access to trainings, videos, forms, etc
