Customize Website Structure

Project description: Hi, I have a project that is build in PHP and needs some customization. Website is a freelance marketplace but now has to be converted to a simple structure. Currently website has many features like wallet, bids, milestones etc. and all of that has to be removed and simplified in to this flow: job post from client -> job cost submission by admin -> payment by client-> job submission by admin, and all of the other steps has to be removed which I mentioned above. I know I am not clear but if someone understood atleast some of the details, he/she might be able to do the project and I am looking for that kind of persons only. [login to view URL] - website is a freelance market place and is already developed and published live. - job is to change the website's current structure into simple flow as attached image. Which means getting rid of bidding, wallet, milestones. - paypal is also integrated, currently in the website, clients add money into wallet from paypal, and then pay to the freelanver through wallet, and the freelancer receives amount in the wallet and request the website admin for withdrawal. - all of this flow should be changed to as of attached image According to the new flow -clients cannot see any freelancers, they just post a job -and admin give the cost to the client -client can accept or reject, in case of reject , admin can give revised cost -once client accepts cost, they have to pay via paypal -once payment made, job is confirmed -admin will assign the job to any of the registered freelancers note: freelancers cannot see other freelancers nor clients and neither any jobs -they can see only the jobs assigned to them -freelancer will not be able to post bid on the job also' -once job is assigned, they have to do it Note: each job has a deadline defined by client -once job completed by freelancer, he/she will submit the job, admin will review -and then admin will submit the job to the client (can be as an attachment / file) -and clients reviews and closes the job -this is the complete required flow -but the current website flow is very much similar to freelancer.com THAT'S IT
