Customize Woocommerce & Create web service

I have a Woocommerce store, It has a custom taxonomy filed City. I want to filter products by city. I should be able to filter products by city. In front end i want a popup where user can choose the city. after selecting city it should populate product based on city. It must support pagination and other filters. User should be able to change there location. In back end i also need one option, by which i can send google push message to user. (I have google account) In back end i also need one option, by which i can send sms message to user. (I have api) You have to create Web service for our android application. Following web service we need. 1) Location List (It must support pagination) 2) Login With Mobile Number/ Email & password 4) Register by name,email,mobile number, password, Android device ID 5) Product List Based On User Selected City Location & Category 6) Product With Custom Attributes. 7) Coupon Apply & Add order to Woocommerce database. 8) Update Personal Details 9) Update Shipping & Billing Address 10) View past orders and status (It must support pagination) 11) CMS page content like About,Contact
