A database sales website (Responsive showing database examples)

I am looking to design a responsive website that will allow customers to visit and give them options to purchase the different databases that I offer for sale(No wordpress). Each database must show a searchable sample of the one they want to purchase and allow them to purchase it then download it right away. The customer should be able to sign up for a subscription to access all database files if they choose or just certain database files and pay on a monthly subscription basis. Once they have purchase the database, it will take them to a download page where they can download the CSV or excel files of the database. I want to offer the customer a custom product website design also, this option should come up through each part of the checkout page and also be listed next to each database file as an add-on product. I must have the ability to access the back end and download the database if I choose to later. The back end must take the customer through a stripe checkout form where they purchase and are given the ability to download. *** Some databases are large, so this can NOT BE A WORDPRESS WEBSITE. *** Each database will have its own price. I will provide a sample database file for the designer to build and test the website and if everything looks good enough to launch, you will add the additional files I provide. I need the ability to have back end access to upload my own database files for sale later, with instructions on how to do so as well. These files will be both CSV files and excel files that I will need to import. The website must be secure from hackers and there will be limited access to my database files, please do not ask me to send them to you because i will not. I must be able to secure this website and add my own database files later easily and you must provide me instructions to do so.
