hi I had gone through your description I had already done 2 fb scraper for hongkong client and an indian client. I use selenium for scraping fb. All the codes are written in python. The data can be delivered as csv or to an api. So cost will be one time if u schedule the run. I had been doing scrapping from last 3-4 years.
