Hello. As I undestand you already have some software but it works not exactly you want. Ok. About duplications: its possible to modify your mysql database structure and it will not allow to duplicate records. Also code might be modified to check data existence for inserting. Need to see smaple of MS Foxpro database, need to see the structure of your mysql database. Also code to import to be learnt too. What does the 3 subtask mean? What do you want to fix in path? And about "Ticketing system": do you want to use some existent system? Or to develop new one for your custom requirements?
