I need an experienced RoR developer who can jump into the project and work independently with little guidance or inspection. There is plenty of work to do for several months/years to come. It's a bonus if you have already used [login to view URL] Here are details for contract terms. - 30 mins RoR coding exercise interview with me. Preferable if you can demo your most proud RoR codebase. - A week test period - 40+ hrs/week availability - Use hub staff or something else for time-tracking - Weekly/Bi-weekly payment - Sign NDA - Commit under my name (This is a confidential project and I don't want you to communicate with clients directly)
