Ideally this project will be used by a good CMS word press or others that can provide all the CMS and admin management of our vendors. Most of the design is for Home page. Rest of the pages: Contact us, Reg Page, Bid Request, and The vendor list page, and Detail Page are fairly basic. We want a clean design. So not too much design if you choose the right template. We will give you exact design for all pages but a lot of is based on what attached and the sample site we like to follow - see URL inside zip We use a similar concept but to another business with better design, cleaner and some improvements like Bid submission for vendors( template and CMS you choose has to have this features- we do not want reinvent from scratch unless you include with your bid what we request and can customize the template - but we do not you need to. fairly basic: Vendors, Listings, Request, Listing page and user can choose ...BTW Before Reg we do not want to show so much of the vendors..we will have to figure what to show or not..or make it blurry.. We will buy theme you choose, you install an customize including all design and programming and all should work. No need here for CC processing . Next Project we will have that. So you pick up best theme and CMS we will buy after you tell us and you install it ( we need to approve CMS and theme) and then you design and customize.
