Help with QuickBooks Online Payments API

We are using OAuth 1.0a. First, we pass the credit card information to the Token Endpoint, "[login to view URL][OUR APP TOKEN]", and get a response. This works OK. Then, using a slight modification of the code from [login to view URL] (where our [login to view URL] is the modification of their [login to view URL]; everything else is the same), we attempt to create a charge with the token we retrieved above. Note that if we use the same token and UUID on their API Explorer, we get a proper response without any unexpected errors. But passing it through the attached php script results in the error found. We need help from someone experienced with QuickBooks Online Authorization with getting our program authenticating with QuickBooks Payments API.
