I need someone to create server side code (preferably PHP or JS) that will take submitted HMRL form data and use it to populate a pre-existing PDF fillable form template. -- I already experience in making web project using pre-existing PDF fillable form template. We use Processmaker (V3) to create a form which is completed online by a user. --- I think ProcessMaker is an easy to use BPM and workflow software solution. This data needs to be fed directly into an existing PDF form then the resulting PDF needs to be saved to a particular location. --- Okay, understood. There are 3 forms of varying length that need to be processed in this way. --- If we finish one form, we can finish N form easily :)
