Implementation in POS - Point of Sale Codeignitor Script Software

I have recently purchased a script from codecanyon that is an advance POS point of sale script which is built using Codeignitor PHP based Platform. I want to make some implementations on the same. Implementations: 1. Working with some validation fields, adding new fields and removal of few fields from different sections 2. Implementing CGST and SGST Tax in the receipt and invoices. 3. Product Inventory work such as adding some fields which will be visible in the product feed page where the admin will enter all the data and this field data will be deducted from the product sale when checkout is performed for the product. Also a separate report section will be allocated to know what was the consumption of resource. 4. Example of 3rd point: If I have added Chicken Tikka Biryani as a product in the Admin Panel then with that I will also add how much onion, masala and other resource used while making this biryani. And then the Report section will show how much Total Onion, Masal or other resources are used on Daily, Weekly or monthly basis.
