Load a csv file that downloads a list of xml pages and saves to harddisk

Hi, I have checked the csv file and interested for this project. I have more than 10 years of experience in web development using php and mysql. In the csv I see two columns 1. a xml file path 2. a a local path my question is about the name of the xml file you want to use to save the file. also its not possible to save the file in the local hardisk but possible to save to a server online. Please let me know if you want to save the file to a server or to a local hard disk. Looking for your reply to discuss the task further. Best Regards, Khushwant
