Looking for good company to work with for long term. Active X control project first

Hello. I am going to try and post this project again. I already chose someone to do the project but they never got back to me and never started the project. I hope I have better luck this time. I am looking for a dependable company that I can work with and possibly develope a long term working relationship. This will be the first project. Here is what I need: I need a small program built that works just like the "shopping window" at igive.com. Please go to [login to view URL] and join and get an account. (its free and easy) then download the shopping window. This is a small program that uses Active X controls. When you type in the name of one of igives partner stores, like [login to view URL], it redirects you through [login to view URL] and takes you then to landsend.com. Please download and test this program to make sure that you can build something like this before you bid on this project. I will need to add a list of my partner stores to the program using some kind of admin. Then when someone downloads the program from my website it will work like the shopping window from igive.com. If someone has downloaded my program and then types in the name of one of my partner stores in their address bar, the program will then redirect them through my site and then to my partner site.
