Magento Web Configuration, Troubleshooting & Feature Addition -- 2

Hello, I am looking for someone who is expert in magento and can help me with below things 1. Make website load within 3-4 seconds from any location in India (test with go0gle page speed) 2. I am planning to buy a Serial number extension or get the same functionality developed (if you develop it, I will pay $100 extra). (Whichever is good [login to view URL] or [login to view URL]) I would need your advice to understand which one is good to meet below scenario. Please note, you need to customize the extension if it does not fulfil the requirement. Scenario - Seller will add the downloadable product their own and add/upload the serial number for that product. If seller adds 100 products then he should be able to add 100keys/serial numbers or a pool of serial numbers. These keys then will be distributed (1 product purchase-1 key delivered, if 10 products are purchased 10 keys will be delivered) to buyer once the order is invoiced via email. (Auto invoicing is already enabled). 3. Configure Webmaster tools -- (this is already dine by a freelancer but need to verify and configure if needed) and SEO (mage SEO) extension which is already installed, enable it without support from mage because we don’t have support contract, so that site can get listed into google search. 4. Overall site configuration & validation (just validate everything is configured properly from multi-vendor perspective if not then you need to configure accordingly) & final two round of testing. -- Done by a freelancer, but still need to check and configure whole site to make it work as multivendor marketplace. And Test at least twice by placing multiple orders from multiple sellers. You need to create multiple seller accounts, upload some product and try ordering the products and test the same. (the orders should split with multiple invoice if the order contains products from multiple sellers. if order contains product from one seller then no need to split (also it should show seller name on invoice) - this is configured in such a way) 5. Add Seller name on invoice. (Sold by: seller ABC address: abcdedfg contact: 123456) - This is done by a freelancer but need to validate. As mentioned above. 6. Image optimization to be configured (we are using free cloudnary plan but its not configured) or free extension to be added. This is already done. But need to validate. 7. We are integrating Delhivary shipping module, so we need to configure it in such a way that seller should be able do the shipping operations their own. all these features are available for admin but we would like sellers to do all this by their own. from magento side we need to give them option to do so from seller panel. and update the api details in backend so that buyer can check the transit time and shipping cost by entering pin code in frontend - this is configured, but need to check if any configuration is needed, then you need to do it. 8. Couple of or few minor changes like - Payment / Shipping Method loading problem, chron jobs problem, secure login form, remove unnecessary garbage extensions or code -- QLM, Serial Number, Aspiraion, Sirv Please do check the site URL - [login to view URL] Please bid only of you are comfortable with the budget & have time or else clearly mention your cost in proposal beforehand to avoid wasting time.
