Modification Prestashop on a form and a development

Hello, I'd like to make few changes on a Prestashop website : [login to view URL] For now, things goes like this: When customers sign up on the website, they tick the red box if they are Professional (see attached file [login to view URL]). When the form is completed, and if this box was ticked, they are redirected to a special CMS webpage which displays some informations. If the box was not ticked, they are redirected to their customer account as Prestashop does normally. I'd like to change the sign up form to transform this box in 2 radio buttons, and redirect customers on 2 different CMS webpages when they validate the form, depending on which radio button they ticked. So here are the changes : 1. Subscribe form: Change the box "si oui cochez la case" by 2 radio buttons (Yes/No), when "Yes": display an additional text field "Exercice" (not required field), when "No": display an additional text field "Nom de votre thérapeute" (not required field) 2. Top menu: (see attached file [login to view URL] to see actual menu) - Replace "NOUS CONTACTER" button by "PARTICULIERS" + bellow in small "Commandez, Inscrivez-vous, recevez nos newsletters", and change color button in blue #0471ec - Replace "Espace réservé aux professionnels de Santé, Acteurs de bien être Humain ou Animal" button by "PROFESSIONNELS DE SANTE" + bellow in small "Commandez, recevez notre documentation et newsletters, Bénéficiez de nos conditions commerciales" Both buttons link to [login to view URL] 3. Modification on a CMS page: I'd like to display the customer number on a CMS page. For exemple, for customer number 7, we will display TP000007 And for customer number 24, we will display TP000024 So: "TP" + customer number on 6 characters. All this must be published on Wednesday 6 January (not before, not after) You'll have access to FTP/SQL right now to prepare your job.
