PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE PLACE A BID I need chat application like KONTALK for my community. And i want to host the server myself. Fortunately, KONTALK is an open source and the server side program also provided at github. The modification I need is: 1. The app name (saved in a variable so i can change it later). 2. The colour theme can be changed (color example can be seen in the attachments) 3. Sticker, loaded from server 4. Advertise/banner space at bottom of the chat 5. If this apk installed, when the user receive incoming phonecall or make outgoing phonecall it will mask the screen with wallpaper/image (See attachment). There's 4 (four) rotated images that change every phonecall. And the app will checked the server periodically whether there's a change in wallpaper file/sequence or not. We will use it for advertising. 6. The server operating system is Windows Server 2012. You can obtain the source code here: [login to view URL] Please give me your best price.
