Project Overview: We have a comment system on our site and we would like to add a disable feature. This feature will prevent users from commenting on specific items based on the value in the database. Project Details: Modify existing file and add an if statement that will check to see if table column has a preset value of 1 or 0. If the value is 0 the user will not be able to comment. An alert will pop up telling them that the comments are disabled. No FTP access will be provided, only the file. Only freelancers who have NO FTP in their proposal will be considered. All others will be blocks from feature projects.
