Modify the Rosa

NO AGENCIES VERY GOOD ENGLISH ONLY REPEAT NO AGENCIES OR FIRMS SINGLE FREELANCERS ONLY I had the Rosa theme modified to match a PSD design. But the quality is poor. I need someone to make the CSS match the PSD. It is mainly two areas: the first is making height of panels (divs) match the design and ensure the columns, text, images line up, using a simple grid. The second is making sure the site is either fluid/responsive or adaptive (snaps to four preset widths). I don't mind which is used but the site must look professional at any screen width. All the design elements are in place but the CSS is very poor, with wrong heights for divs, poor alignment, images squashed, broken code on Mac. There also needs to be some work integrating Flicker and Instragam API but I can get another contractor to do this if necessary. I don't need a quote now, only an interest in doing to job. You need to have a high level of skill in modifying Wordpress templates, and the Editor so newly added elements (extra columns and headings) can be added to the template/design and the client edit them. You need to be able to do CSS to pixel accurate level, and be able to do responsive design, either as a fluid layout or fixed layouts that snap to >1024, 1024, 640, 320 (desktop, ipad, smartphone, mobile). Some javascript may be required to rectify problems like named anchors not lining up. After a short online interview here, I will provide access to the partially complete site and JPEGs of the design. You can then adjust your quote based on the amount of work you think it will take having seen the current condition of the project.
