Modify a Wordpress Template

I have the wordpress theme Moon by Osetin (photo gallery theme), with Snax and Userpro Plugin. I need the following added to the theme and plugins. 1. I need the left side panel to be decreased in width about 15%. 2. I need titles removed from images, I only want to see the image and not the title when I rollover an image within the photo gallery. I also would like the 'Details' and 'Lightbox' icons removed from the images. 3. When you upload an image with the Snax plugin (frontend-submission), it gives you input fields of the image title, description and a checkbox. I want those removed from that area, so the user only needs to input the category and tags for the image before publishing. 4. I need a filter button with filter values located within the left panel through-out the website. I want users to be able to filter images by categories and date posted (new to old). I also want a slider that filters images posted by the user if flicked on, and by everyone if flicked off. 5. There is a darkening photo filter that is applied to the images within the image gallery. I want the darkening filter removed from the image gallery. 6. I need the Userpro login added to the left panel with social login. Currently, if you add it to the page it will mess with the photo grid layout. 7. I need grid columns to be 3 by default. I also need the Reading Mode disabled off of the grid settings button on the bottom. 8. I need the thumbnail button in the photo grid added to the query search results pages. 9. I need images/photos to be maximized in a lightbox when you click them. If you do a good job there will be more work for you in the future with this site, as I plan to keep updating it with new features as they are needed. My budget is: 30 USD
