Need to make changes in our existing website

We require online institution management system on our portal in which User Management need to be there which includes updation / deletion/ edit of student data , parent / student login , course fee edition or updation, fee management ( need to correct some errors while payments )which will track student fee online and offline mode on daily or monthly basis , student attendance management , Assigning work / assignments to students class wise or individually , employee management which includes employee data with their attendance , payroll their login with unique ID . Transport Management which can embed with Vehicle tracking system. Following are the features need to develop Notification 1. Fee paid not paid send notification for the school and college 2. Student can have a look of courses/ program logo's on front end and once they click there will be option to search it on basis of country, state , city wise . Also they can select the category of school/ college / University and then it need to reflect accordingly . Also they can search by course name or by course type .
