Need PHP Expert to create Rest APIs for our Woocomerce store for android App

We have a custom designed woocommerce store online. The site works on grocery items something like [login to view URL] but is totally single vendor system. The website do not have a payment gateway and works only for COD system. Some additional functionalities of solution: - We have additional options of OTP registration and login integrated through the plugin by mini orange. - Website gives live feeds of recent order for the admin, without need of refreshing. Rest the complete structure of the website is that of default single vendor wocommerce. Now we are building the android app for the same for which the designing screens are already done and sliced. We need a Woocommerce developer to create REST APIs for the same. Currently we are able to fetch Categories, sub categories and products in the mobile app through the APIs we ourselves created. Write- Super Cool in the beginning of the proposal to make sure you have read it in full. We are facing a bit difficulty in creating APIs which can enable us to add the product in cart, and complete the order, and also for some other things. We might need 5-6 or more rest APIs for the same and we will pay on per API basis as soon it gets tested on our end and we are able to fetch the data. Bid only if you have previous experience of developing Rest APIs through Woocommerce. We do not wish to use any third party plugin for creating these APIs. The project inserted here is for per API.
