New homepage + article template for wordpress

Hello, Our Wordpress website [login to view URL] is currently based on a customed theme named Sparkle: [login to view URL] . Today we would like to do our new homepage and change some things in the way the menu is displayed and the articles are also displayed, so it looks like a custom page template must be done for homepage, and for articles + CSS changes on the menu. On each article at the top at the homepage, we will need to automatically catch the logo from the company that published the article. Example: the company IKEA [login to view URL] has its logo on its page, and within this there are some articles on it. So on the homepage, we will want to display the logo from the company page on each article. That is the main technical challenge. The rest can be done maybe with a page builder (but to be discussed before starting). The website is currently responsive design and should remain so. As well, for texts and maybe displaying other things, we should still be able to change it without you. The files attached are final. The powerpoint is the document of reference for features. Other documents will give you more info on the size of fonts and colours.
