NodeJS / Javascript backend guru needed!

IMPORTANT: Its important you’re not part of an agency. We’re a small startup where we currently are having a fulltime developer working with NodeJS GraphQL React and MongoDB and we now got a bit more funding for a part-time developer to be dedicated to the backend. The startup is about music-licensing so our sole goal is to create a platform where songs can easily be found by videoeditors using metadata, intelligent sorting and a complicated rights-system, which we’re about to start working on. The work of the backend-developer will be to connect new clients to the platform, make sure we import additional metadata from partners like Spotify and a-like and developing and maintaining our future rights management system. Tasks could also be to crawling and logging certain playlists, so we in the future can use it for sorting mechanisms. New tasks to make sure we’re successful will without a doubt arrive very soon :) Javascript-knowledge API-structure and MongoDB is an absolute must and preferably NodeJS too as we rely heavily on this. If you know about Elasticsearch or any other technology which can better our currently setup then its a bonus. Since we’re very small dev-team (only me as a founder and 1 other developer) its important you’re eager to understand our goal and are curious to find solutions and not just saying yes to tasks without the “why” and “how”. Since we’re a small team we’re very flexible about when you work, as long as the tasks gets done. We use SCRUM to plan ahead and do the daily communication over Slack. Currently we got $2000 a month for the salary, but we’re working on getting more, so this job can change to a fulltime job. We plan to pick 2-4 dev from here and do a 1 hour test for which we’ll of cause pay you for. The agreement will in the beginning be 2 month ahead and we'll make sure we confirm new months in proper time. Please add in your response how many days a month/week we can get for the $2000 and if you at some point have the option to go fulltime.
