The questions here is, which email service provider are you using? Are there any specific validations as far as the information received by email is concerned? If yes, do you want to apply the same validations to the Salesforce as well? What happens in a scenario where only 8 out 10 fields are filled up in the email inquiry but all those 10 fields are marked as mandatory in Salesforce? An email inquiry is received for a new client, the program would scan the appropriate fields (name, phone, zip code, state, details), parse the data, and then submit it in the appropriate fields to be accepted by Salesforce. I've checked the rtf file, I ahve done recent API requests in JSON format for Web services URL Your project reminds me of one of my previous projects called "LinkedIn API Connection Project". The client needed 1) Sign in with LinkedIn (it is just the image right now but you will need to make it work) 2) The user then goes to a page with a list of jobs. Each of these jobs will have unique criteria when calling the LinkedIn API. 3) Once they select the job it should show which of their connections on LinkedIn meet the job criteria.
