PHP Login/Membership/Subscription

I need a simple sign up page that will take subscription based payments. This is either month to month or yearly. I use paypal and 2checkout so please make it work with both. I need backend visibility to the customer information and pending subscription expirations. (So that I may email a customer and inquire about extending their subscription) This should include a way to automate a reminder of expiration too. Something that I can set, ie, 10 days out send an email reminder (turn on or off) I need a logo that represents [login to view URL] The business idea is to host maps for Counter-Strike. User A signs up for month to month for us to host his maps to offset the delay in loading his game and his players to connect. The trick. Once someone connects to the game server IP, that refers them to my service which hosts their map files. The catch is that the permission to access the maps from an open directory must be openly accessible but ONLY from the referrer, since they pay for the service. (htaccess I suspect) Also, I would like a nice summary page that can display the current maps we host so people looking to signup can see what we have. This is similiar to [login to view URL] but I will not have bandwidth restrictions or individual map directories. I want one big folder/directory with all the maps I find so everyone has access to all of them for one price. (price per month and of course price per year) I want to monitor bandwidth though. So if there is some admin page where I can lookup a customer I can see how much bandwidth they have used. All the better if you can make this work with cubecart.com. The more automated that I can manage the better.
