Programmer needed/business partner

I am looking for a programmer/developer to start several projects together. 1.) You can speak the following 3 languages fluently: C# or C++/ Java / Objective C /. Would be great if you could do as extra another language preferably PHP, Python or Swift. You can proof this and you are a certified programmer. Without knowledge about these languages there is no need to respond. 2.) Fluent English writing and understanding. 3.) Interested in 50/50 partnership(for our personal projects only) I am NOT looking to work with teams or companies. I am not looking for an intermediary or salesperson. I am looking to work with 1 person/programmer only. I want to start with one or two personal projects together first. If this works out well and we have established a good relation as well as mutual trust I have multiple paid projects for you to work on. Before you will work for my clients I want to make sure you are the correct candidate. Why do I want this? 1.) In the past programmers walked away with my clients. This happened several times. 2.) Programmers claimed they could do a job but clearly could not. This created unpleasant situations. 3.) Unprofessional behavior by not responding to emails and disappearing halfway in a project when things got difficult. None of that, no more. I need a professional and someone who is responsible. What do I need for the personal projects? 1.) Want to launch 2 Apps and 1 desktop application in the near future. (specific info only goes to correct candidates) 2.) Advice, guidance, suggestions and ideas. A partner that is on the case and wants to make our projects successful. 3.) Build a good relationship and set up an efficient working plan together to make sure we are ready for the real work (clients).
