I am looking for a real estate brokerage software that can help my new company to compete and differentiate itself. The software would have a back office (connected to our main website) my agents can log into to use the features in this software. The features in the software will include marketing portal for such things like new listings, open house, just listed etc. The other features are such things that I will be needing the expertise of the eventual freelancer to advise on. Therefore, samples of related work will be very important in selecting the freelancer. Please only contact me if you have the experience because I know what I am looking for and your sample will speak volume.

I propose one portal for public to find properties, and enquire about it. second one is a back office application to create/ modify a property, define it's features, rent amount specification, add additional charges etc, and manage the enquiry from portal, tenant creation, existing tenant management, and reports like monthly income comparison chart, income , expense sheet, dashboards etc.
