Redesign of Rentadriver.is - open to bidding

Hi There, [login to view URL] I have a website [login to view URL] that is a Driver service for tourists here in Iceland. Currently I am only providing "Driver Only" Service. But I plan to provide "All inclusive Car/Driver hire". Also I am planning to provide custom tours. If you take a look at the top provider on the market here, then you can see where I am heading at. Or at least I want some kind of mashup of these & my site. you know best of both worlds. [login to view URL] & [login to view URL] One of the main objective is changing the banner. I have been discussing it with others. And we agree on having Random 10 sec looping video. With some grabbing text to get people to stay on the page. Also we need to have have the booking widget/tours straigh after of in the banner. People just need to see it quickly after the banner. We have a Booking engine here in Iceland called Bókun [login to view URL] Almost everyone in the travel industri here is using it. So I need to know if you would be quick to adapt. I can send you my logins, if you want to take a cloaser look. I personally find it too complicated. I am trying to weed out the theme cut & pasters out there. I am not going to be putting any budget here. i am counting on you to be fair. Also keep in mind that I am a one man operation. So my budget is not huge. But I will go over 1000$
