Remote PHP curl Social Site Submitter & Google Plus Poster

Hi,  I am looking for someone with php curl experience for posting to top social sites, I don't have a list of sites I want you to program to submit to but I want the same sites as onlywire has which has 50 sites. so I was hoping you could provide that in the quote. I couldn't get as far as Making Remote submitter for Google Plus because it requires "write API Permissions" and googles API is read only. If you know your stuff and think it is possible to Write a "Write Permissions API" to post remotely on Google plus Account using "PHP Curl" we can go ahead with that part aswell.  As for everything I am looking for someone with experience with PHP curl to make me a submitter with Proxy support. I'm not sure the class of proxy but I hope you have a thorough understanding. Please send me a quote with how many top high rank Social sites you can get submitting on PHP curl and a quote thanks.
