Responsive website

We require an experienced web designer with the ability to build Responsive baby and pregnancy websites. Today we have a website made with html/css but it is time to update it so that the website keeps it seo-performance on tablets and mobile (I want a responsive website, not a mobile site). The website should be build according to recommendations from google and be super SEO friendly. It also need to have a more modern design. I only need the template design and code and a few example pages. I will than add images, text etc by myself. However the website can vary a bit depending on the typ of structure you suggest. For me there is two options; A) One mainpage and then content pages or B) one main page, a category page and a content page. For that reason I need templates and code for all these page types. I have enclosed a file responsive-example where I give some guidelines about how I would like the page. You should have experience in HTML5 & CSS3 and have the tools to test your website build to ensure it is 100% bug free and works across all devices and browsers. (PLEASE NOTE: We do NOT want this site to be built using any CMS platforms such as Wordpress or Joomla, we just want pure html websites that we can edit ourself's via Dreamweaver.) We need you to speak perfect English in order for us to communicate with you easily without any misunderstandings. It is also very important to us that you complete the sites within 1 week as we work on strict deadlines.
