Script to Generate China Post/EMS shipping labels via China Post api

Hi, First of all I need someone who knows chinnese language because 90% of the api documentation I got from China Post is written in chinnese. As you will see, not knowing chinnese can be a very big problem. Now about my project: I have a MySql database with orders, customers and shipping addresses from an online store. I would like to be able to generate shipping labels with tracking number using China Post/EMS api. Using their api and an authentification code/key they provided to me, I need to submit data to their server in XML format (is documented in their api docs) and then I will automatically receive an answer from their server in the same XML format. In the same time their server is generating the shipping label using the date I submited to them... So as you can see this is classical type of api functionality. The problem is that most of the api doc is written in chinnese. What I need from you is the script which needs to send data to China Post server and then use the answer from their server to generate and save the shipping labels on my server so I can print them later. Feel free to ask me any question. Please describe how are you planning to fulfill this project.
