Need the end of end design and development of a simple iOS and Android Flash cards app. The user can see the flashcards randomly or within a category. Further the app will have a daily reminders feature to remind the user to check some flashcards. The apps should be integrated with mobile ad networks. The app will have a backend in which the administrator can define the flashcards in various categories. Further, the administrator should be able to push notifications to the user. You will be required to assist with posting the apps in Google and Apple ad stores. Please begin your response with *FLASHAPP*, otherwise we will not consider. Preference will be given to those who have done a similar app before. Please send examples specific to this project. Don't send me random links to your portfolio. Your proposal should also contain a description of which technology stack you propose to develop this app and how you will meet various requirements.
