Simple User Based Website PHP

I am looking for someone to design a simple php code that will allow people to register, upload a picture, add there information to there profile, such as; email, name, phone number, university. And everyone that joins will be able to post an announcement on the main page and it will be like a guestbook sort of, but will have the topic of the post, there message/date and on the left a small thumbnail of there picture next to each post. Also members will be able to send an email out to every member or to individual members by clicking a checkbox next to there name, also maybe a calender of events that users can add stuff to.
